About Me
Hi! I am a queer, AuDHD (Autistic ADHD) non-binary person who finds fulfillment in working with others to be connected to emotions, build more restful/ gentle lives, and process grief. I bring my lived experience as an Autistic person who was late diagnosed into my practice as a therapist.
Before my diagnosis, I experienced being labeled as "anxious" and "sensitive" in school and therapy instead of receiving the support I really needed as an Autistic person. Because of my experience, I approach managing daily stress, emotional regulation, and self care with the understanding an Autism diagnosis provides with the goal to be more kind to ourselves and find solutions that actually work! I love the beautiful human experience that overlaps with neurodivergence & queerness and want therapy to be a safe space to find yourself and increase alignment with personal values.
In therapy with me: questions, cussing, laughter, grief, frustration, talking about sex, and time to think are all welcomed and encouraged! I will be right there with you to support verbal processing, finding ways to cope and manage life, and to create space for emotions, even when they aren’t clear or complicated.
I am a sex positive, 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming, kink/BDSM positive, sex work positive, and polyamorous/ENM positive clinician. I specifically enjoy working with clients about gender and sexuality exploration and transitions.
In my spare time I enjoy hiking, dancing, and going to local art markets. I also enjoy spending time with my chosen family, dogs and cats outside, or watching a movie. My special interests are dopamine decor, animals (cats, dogs and butterflies right now) and self care for autistic people!
